Terms of Service
New Tech Aviation’s website, scheduling application, and related software are supplemental tools to assist flight school operations. They are not intended as your primary source for weather, airworthiness, regulatory compliance, or go/no-go decisions. You remain solely responsible for complying with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), the Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), aircraft flight manuals, instructor guidance, and all applicable FAA requirements before every flight.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. Accounts require approval by New Tech Aviation staff before access is granted. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Scheduling & Flight Operations
- Aircraft reservations, Hobbs/Tach entries, billing summaries, and training records in this system are administrative aids.
- Booking a flight does not replace required preflight planning, weather briefing (official sources), weight & balance, or airworthiness verification.
- Displayed weather (METAR/TAF or third-party data) may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect — always obtain current official weather before flight.
- Instructors, students, renters, and maintenance personnel must follow school policies, lease agreements, and FAA regulations regardless of what the software displays.
4. Billing & Records
Hourly charges, instructor billing, and flight logs generated by the system are provided for convenience. Discrepancies should be reported promptly to the school office. Final billing determinations rest with New Tech Aviation administration.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload malicious content, or use the system for unlawful purposes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that data (including weather, scheduling, or aircraft status) is complete or current.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Tech Aviation and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or application, including flight decisions made in reliance on supplemental information shown in the system.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
